Caravan Details
Top of the range luxury home which sleeps 8, Central heating, Double glazing, Built with a very large veranda, gas barbecue, Heater, Tables, chairs. Stunning views across Lydstep beach over to Caldey Island and St Margarets bay we are 2 minute walk from beach, 5 minutes to clubhouse with all its facilities and only a 5 minute drive to Tenby town and 10 minute drive to Saundersfoot.
Living room
This modern comfy lounge area has a flat screen TV with DVD and CD player which allows music through out every room in the house if wished, a comfy three piece suite with reclining chair and also the suite turns into a double bed.
Kitchen
Modern appliance featuring gas range cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, washer dryer and a dining area for eating in style.
Main Bedroom
Master Bedroom with en suite double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes with lights and a flat screen TV with DVD player.
Bedroom 2
Twin beds which can be pushed together to form a double if necessary, above storage cupboards and wardrobes.
Bedroom 3
Includes a single bed also a bunk bed with side cabinet and shelves.
Bathroom
A Modern white suite which includes a double power shower and a large mirrored cupboard above the sink.
Outside
There is parking for 2 cars and a very large veranda (which is a real suntrap) that extends around to the right.
Site facilities
Heated indoor pool which also offers different activities for children and adults, clubhouse with bar and restaurant offering childrens Bradley bears entertainment and evening adult entertainment, amusement arcade, decked seating area with childrens playground and patio with heaters. (Fun passes may be purchased at reception) Lydstep beach also offers different activities with the park ranger (again times and days available at reception). Boat and jet-ski launching is also available here subject to providing insurance and RYA and separate fees will be payable. Further park facilities include a well stocked shop, launderette and a large children s adventure playground.
We are happy to take bookings for summer 2011 and further into the year from families and couples, however we do apologies that we can not except pets. We do not allow smoking inside our holiday home, this is for the comfort of our family and further holidaymakers. Please bring own bed linen, towels and tea towels, however duvets, pillows and mattress covers are provided.
