Caravan Details

This is a family owned holiday caravan, and we use it ourselve's from time to time.

The caravan has a very spacious sitting area, with a 26 inch LCD TV with Freeview, a DVD player and a CD radio, we will provide a few movie's for you to watch, but you are welcome to bring your own, to suit your own taste.

The kitchen area, has a full size cooker with oven and grill, a fridge, microwave, kettle and 4 slice toaser, with all pot's pans, dinner plates, bowls, cutlery and tea/ coffee mugs to cater for 8 people.

There are 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed with bedside units and a wardrobe, and a small dressing table, the other 2 bedrooms each have, 2 single bed's and a wardrobe, and overhead units, and bedside table. All bedding is provided, (ie) quilts and pillow's, and all beds have mattress and pillow protectors on them, you will need to bring your own quilt covers and pillow cases, sheets and towels.

The caravan has 2 toilets, the first toilet has a walk in shower and a small hand wash basin, the second toilet is, just a small toilet with a small hand wash basin.

A vacuum cleaner is also provided along with a few cleaning materials, this is only for general cleaning and tidying up during your stay, as the caravan is professionally cleaned and checked every week.

Every week our cleaning company, cleans and checks the caravan and all it's contents, and a senior member of staff, checks for damage(if any) caused by previous tenent, so that no blame for damage can fall on you, if you did not do it, as all damage's must be paid for, so when you arrive at the caravan, you can be sure, that everything will be clean and tidy, leaving you time to unpack, relax and enjoy your holiday.

Eastgate caravan park at Fantasy Island.

The caravan is on Eastgate at the Fantasy Island complex, Sea Lane Ingoldmells, with all the fun of the fair, and the biggest and best market on the east coast, right on your doorstep.
we will ask for a £50 none refundable deposit, when you book to secure the caravan, and the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday date.
if the caravan is left clean and tidy and with no damage or breakage's, the £50 will be refunded within 7 days.
weeks holiday are from saturday to saturday, although we may be able to offer, long weekends or short breaks subject to availability, but no part weeks in high season.
arrivals are from 2pm and departures are no later than 10.00am
