Caravan facilities include

Lounge: being a LARGE, comfortable, spacious living area with two settees(PLEASE NOTE BOTH ARE SETTEES NO SOFA BED IN THIS VAN) plus a rocking type chair, LCD, Flatscreen TV & DVD system with Free Sat from Sky, cd/tape/radio player, remote controlled electric fire, also various soft lighting facilities, sliding patio doors to the front.

The four-panel patio doors lead to a veranda to the front sweeping around the side, you will find a table and seating for 4 plus two sun loungers also a Gas BBQ, Parking is available at the front and to the side of caravan, with enough room for a boat/jet ski. There is an outside tap with hose attached on the right of the van for use.

Kitchen: is comprehensively equipped, which features an integrated microwave, fridge freezer,fridge at top full freezer at bottom and WASHER/DRYER built in gas cooker with separate grill and oven with 5 burners & extractor hood. There is a dining table seating 6 to the side of the Kitchen.

Family Bathroom: has a FULL BATH plus SHOWER with low and high points, toilet and modern basin with mirror and overhead cupboards, and a heated towel rail.

Master Bedroom: double bed, overhead cupboards to the side, full length wardrobes and dressing table digital TV also linked to SKY or watched separately. EN SUITE toilet and basin with overhead cupboards including FULL SIZE SHOWER.

Second and Third Bedrooms: both have two single beds, overhead cupboards and wardrobe, digital TV which can be linked to SKY or watched separately. One room has TV and DVD the other has TV and PLAY STATION 1 with games.

The van runs on mains gas and has a gas combi central heating system with thermostatic radiator valves it has double glazing and both a carbon monoxide and smoke detector fitted.

Please note that duvets and pillows are provided;(2 DOUBLES AND 4 SINGLES); however bed linen towels, tea towels ect are not provided, you can hire these from the hire shop.

Greenacres is a wonderful place for family holidays by purchasing a MEMBERSHIP: (Funwork Pass) you can enjoy the benefits of the heated indoor pool, restaurant/bar, amusement arcade, crazy golf, splash area and much more plus the evening’s entertainment these can be purchased at Greenacres on arrival.

The vans setting also makes it ideal for an adult only holiday, maybe enjoying a trip to Portmerion Village. Have a special evening meal at the Castell Deudraeth or take advantage of the offer to free entry to Portmeirion Village to customers who have a two course lunch. There is Snowdonia, Criccieth and Harlech both enjoying castles, or just generally relaxing on the veranda.

A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid six weeks prior to arrival.

A returnable security deposit of £50.00 is payable at the time of paying the balance, We visit the van every 4-5 weeks so I will return this to you as soon as this visit has happened and I am happy that no damage has occurred AND the key has been returned. I use signed postage for the key.

During Summer holidays we offer Sat to Sat bookings all other times we would prefer rentals to be based on a Friday arrival, However I am prepared to let Sat to Sat. With entry after 2:00pm on the day of arrival and departure by 10:00am on the day of departure. Departure time needs to be prompt as the cleaner will charge us a maximum of £25.00 which would be deducted from your deposit, if they cannot get into the van within a reasonable time.

Rates for Mon-Fri and Fri-Mon are available.

We have a strictly NO SMOKING policy in the van also no pets.
