Caravan Details
This Abi Horizon caravan, is only 18 months old . WE HAVE DISCOUNTED WEEKEND BREAKS ON OFFER THROUGH MAY , JUNE 2012 . PLEAS EMAIL FOR DETAILS It is about a 5 minute walk from entertainment complex, swimming pool, shop, chlidrens play area, and Tenbys south beach.
A spacious lounge/dining area with a 'fan' shaped dining table. A large seating area. An entertainment area/ fire/ storage unit completing space including a tv/dvd/ freeview sytem/xbox console.
The gallery style kitchen is equiped with fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, and all pots and pans. There is also provided a iron, ironing board and hoover.
The caravan consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a wardrobe storage. The 2 twin bedrooms contain single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed.
The main washroom has a shower unit, wash hand basin, and wc. There is also a separate wc.
A fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, and smoke alarms are situated in the caravan. There is also a patio where there is a table and 4 chairs.
All duvets and pillows are provided but for hygienic reasons sheets, pillowcases, and teatowels are not. Free gas and electicity are included in the price. Club passes are not, but we can give up to date prices for 2012, via email or telephone.
Rentals are from 2pm Friday, to the following Friday 11 am. We require a £50.00 per week stay refundable deposit, this is a breakage deposit, and is held until you complete your stay. Provding there is no damage to the van, the deposit will be available for collection. Bookings of less than 4 weeks payment in advance. The balance of holiday must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to holiday stay. We only accept cash payments at present. As per Kiln Park rules we cannot accept any large single sex groups. Also no smoking within the caravan. No pets please. We do offer midweek breaks, weekend breaks please ring or email for details.
