Welcome to our privately-owned Platinum standard Connoisseur holiday home situated in one of the most prestigious holiday parks in the UK set in the stunning Pembrokeshire National Park just a 5 minute drive from Tenby. We have further upgraded our top specification home to make it a real home away from home. When you are not enjoying the beautiful location you can relax without compromise. Unlike other lets, everything you could need is included in our home at a discount to paying through the Park operator with the benefit of knowing it's prime position.

Lydstep Beach is a refined retreat for visitors who are looking for breath-taking sea views and an opportunity to relax in sumptuous surroundings. Our Holiday Home reflects the elegance of Lydstep's 19th century mansion while offering every convenience for an effortless holiday experience, our home provides the perfect base to explore Lydstep Beach and the beautiful West Wales surroundings with all the comforts you expect at home. Lydstep Beach Holiday Village has been carved into its own cove and boasts its own private beach, giving you a secure beautiful home away from home.

Our home has wall-mounted Sony Bravia 46" Smart Tv, Sky Tv, Blueray DVD player, Wii games console(with a selection of games),the Amazon Echo "Alexa" voice device (inc. full music access),Bluetooth water speakers. The TV has an extensive selection of top films stored incl. children animated films by Pixar/ Disney.

Exclusive high speed private Wi-Fi in the holiday home is fitted. This is an invaluable luxury in a holiday home and allows you to keep in touch while you relax.

Large fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including fullsize hob/oven/grill, microwave, large fullsize fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, filter and Tasimo coffee machines. Cutlery, crockery and utensils are all provided.

All 3 bedrooms have Freeview-enabled flatscreen TV with integrated DVD players. Electric sockets have integrated usb connections to charge mobile devices. We have added memory foam to our mattresses for an enhanced restful night sleep. In addition to the Master double room, bedroom 2 has two single beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed. Hairdryer, duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are all provided taking all of the hassle out of your stay with no hidden costs. Just unpack and enjoy.

There is a generous shower with toilet and basin with ample storage for toiletries and an additional separate toilet with basin. Water pressure is excellent in our home.

The home is fully double-glazed with gas central heating throughout which is thermostatically controlled. The home has also been underfloor-insulated to retain heat and comfort in the colder months. Whilst our holiday home is situated in one of the safest and family-friendly parks in the UK it is also fitted with a monitored intruder alarm.

Outside is a large elevated decking area with superior quality rattan seating and table perfect for breakfast or reading overlooking the breathtaking sea views. We picked the location of our holiday home to provide the privacy and quiet from being just enough away from the main access road without compromising the views and access to all the Park has to offer.

There is a generous patio area with a superior quality rattan table and chairs to seat 4 with parasol for al-fresco dining or relaxing. The patio is privately set and beautifully planted with shrubs, alpines and a wide selection of roses. Outside electrical sockets and water tap are fitted on the patio for your convenience.

We have a large gas BBQ, high quality sun loungers and patio table and chairs which are provided. There is ample parking outside the holiday home with further parking just a 20 yard walk from the car park on the beach front if required.

Our home has the enviable advantage of being situated within a 20 second flat walk to the stunning Manor House (restaurant, bar, swimming pool and main entertainment venue) and has exceptional views being just 50 yards from the Blue Flag awarded beach. Unlike other rentals, Haven entertainment passes are all included in our rental and will be conveniently waiting for you at our home. The holiday park does not endorse same-sex party groups and to retain the quality and comfort of our holiday home for our guests and future enjoyment we welcome families of a maximum of 5-6 people. No smoking is permitted inside our home and due to family and guest pet allergies strictly no pets are permitted.

Mon-Fri £150 per night low season, £200 per night high season.
Fri-Sun nights are £200 per night all year. Minimum stay duration is 4 nights all year.
In addition to our highest specification holiday home the rental price includes all bedding (made up on arrival), towels, park passes and use of outside gas appliances and the extensive list of items in our main description. A £125 booking deposit is required (non-refundable in the event of cancellation).This deposit then becomes the damage bond which is returned within 7 days of check-out in the event of no issues.
