Our caravan is sited on Mountain View, a corner plot with good size land south facing so plenty of sun to play relax and sunbathe.

Overlooking the rugged mountains of Snowdonia in a quiet area (No through traffic). Hard standing area for your car. Only a stroll away to the main complexes with many many facilities and activities on offer at this action packed Park, and the beaches are just a short distance away. Full park lighting. A really lovely, neat, clean spacious caravan with extra added features for your conveinience.

Big open lounge featuring new curtains carpet and upholstery, including a T.V, D.V.D player and a Digi box.

Lovely open style kitchen with separate dining area allowing to seat up to eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/ small freezer compartment, gas cooker, microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, deep fat fryer, waffle and toastie maker and plenty of storage cupboards/drawers.

All cutlery, pots and pans, baking dishes are provided. An iron, ironing board and a hoover are there for your convenience too. We have a travel cot and a hi-chair for the families with young children and we are purchasing a sterilizing unit and pushchair, in addition a wheelchair is included just to ease your travel load.

4 deck chairs a surf board and jackets can be found under the doublebed.

We also have a new wooden bench outside the van to relax on and will be investing in a new patio area so you can use the new bbq we have bought.

Master bedroom includes a hairdryer. The 2 twin bedded rooms have freestanding beds. All bedrooms have heating and wardrobes for storage. The other double bed is a pull out in main living area underneath the seating.

Separate toilet with wash basin and the shower room has recently had a new shower unit installed including a heater.

Please don't forget to bring your bed linen, tea towels, oven gloves, towels and toiletries etc as we do not provide these but the park does hire bed linen for a small fee.

Fire exits are found in the children's bedrooms through the windows and two fire extinguishers are located at kitchen and above the door at the
bottom end of the caravan. We have smoke detectors and co2 detector for your safety.

Hafan y Môr North Wales

Located close to Snowdonia National Park, Portmeirion, Pwllheli, Abersoch, Portmadog and Criccieth. All beautiful places to take a visit. Gorgeous nature trails in the park, beautiful scenic beaches with idyllic landscapes surrounding the area.

One of Haven's best Parks. They have substantially redeveloped the central leisure and activities area adding Adventure Golf, a Starbucks Coffee House and extending the large indoor pool complex. Spending 2.5 million on the upgrade.

The location is second to none for active, outdoor-loving families, with everything from Boating to the High Rope Works challenge.

Burger King, a Harry Ramsdens chip shop and many other Restaurants with new menus and high quality food at low prices.

Booking Terms.

Bookings on a first come first served basis. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to book a holiday. Full payment is required 5 weeks prior to taking your holiday or it will be re-advertised.

Full names of all members guest plus dates of birth for under 18’s at date of holiday. (Haven requirement for booking registration form and issuing of passes.) Booking registration forms will be sent when full payment is received and cheque has cleared. (Required to release keys)

Arrival time is 3pm on start of holiday and departure time is 10am at end of holiday. (This is to allow time for the caravan to be cleaned for the next guests). Please respect the caravan and contents and leave the van as you would want to find it. A full list of contents are there for yyou to check and to telephone us immediately should they not be. Please note all the added extras we have put in the caravan are for your conveinience and not a requirement to hiring our caravan. Please respect these items as they are for everyones use whilst on holiday.

SORRY - No ALL MALE or ALL FEMALE parties due to the restrictions at Haven Parks.

Keys can be collected on arrival and must be returned on departure to reception at Hafan-Y-Mor by 10am. Remember, All site clubs, restaurants, pools and activities etc require site passes. Please get them at reception when arriving and don't forget to bring your quilt covers pillow cases and sheets.

All Gas & Electricity and Water is included.

All Clubs, restaurants, pools and activities etc do require Site Passes. These can be purchased on arrival at reception when collecting the keys to your caravan.

You are booking direct with us the owners, and we will be only a phone call away throughout your holiday to answer any queries or resolve any issues you may have. If we do not know we cannot sort it so please do contact us and we will hopefully resolve any problems asap.
