Caravan Details
A spacious, luxury 2-bedroom caravan holiday home available for short breaks or weekly lets on the north coast of the Solway Firth. We are located approximately an hours drive from the border near Gretna.
Sleeping up to 6 guests in comfort, it offers a standard double bedroom plus a children's twin bedded room. A shower room with modern, powerful thermostatic shower, WC and washbasin.
The spacious open plan lounge is well insulated and has a lovely gas fire. We also have electric heating. For entertainment, there is a TV with Freeview and a video player. Our caravan also has a very well equipped kitchen area.
Enjoy watching the abundance of wildlife as you go about your business.
A leisurely 15 minute walk (down hill!) takes you to the beautiful village of Kippford which has an attractive waterfront with a busy marina and 2 pubs.
Set in an area much acclaimed for its 'natural scenic beauty' there is lots to see & do from the doorstep:- a variety of country and coastal walks, mountain biking (7stanes mountain bike trail), golf course 'pay & play' (just across the road). There are numerous coves and beaches for everyone to enjoy. Nearby, there are RSPB nature reserves, children's farm attractions, stunning gardens, historical houses and museums for you to explore.
You may just want to relax, unwind and enjoy the wildlife on your doorstep (deer, badgers, squirrels, owls and even the odd golden eagle can be seen). Watch the sun set over the beautiful natural countryside and marvel at the wonders of nature and all she has to offer.
We consider this site to be more suited for Adults who require a lovely break. Children are welcome, but the park is more suited to activities of an outdoor nature. Dogs welcome.

Take your mountain bike as the trails in the area are outstanding, and your golf clubs as there are also around 10 fantastic golf courses in the area.
Approximately one and a half miles to the lovely market town of Dalbeattie.
