Laminated wood floors. French doors open out onto veranda which has a lovely view of Lydstep Beach.
Freestanding furniture, one sofa which opens out into a double bed and two chairs. Coffee table and TV unit which holds TV, Sky Digi-box, DVD player and a choice of DVDs to watch, games to play and books for all ages. Modern electric fire.
Kitchen Diner
Modern open plan kitchen with dining table and four chairs there is a high chair available if required. Mains gas oven with hob. Large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Crockery and cutlery
Picnic set and plastic plates and beakers for children. Small children's plastic patio table and chairs which can be used inside or out.
Bathroom
Modern white bathroom suite with large power shower, w/c sink and ample storage.
En-suite Bedroom 1
Spacious master bedroom with En-suite w/c and hand basin.
Double bed
Ample storage
TV with integrated DVD player
Duvets and Pillows provided please bring your own bed linen.
Bedroom 2
Twin beds that can be made into a double bed and can also include removable child bedrails, if requested.
