Rosedale 37-2B 6 berth, two bedroom caravan. Centrally heated and double glazed. Table outside for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the rippling sounds of the fountain and the birds singing.
Gas bbq for your use, 36 inch flat screen tv in lounge,19inch flat screen in bedroom.
A very comfortable two bedroom caravan situated in the delightful Conifer Court. The caravan is situated near enough to reception and the shops for all your requirements and only a short walk to the sea. 9 hole golf course is 5 minutes walk away.
Details of the caravan.
Main bedroom has a double divan with plenty of cupboard space also an ensuite toilet and basin, 2nd bedroom has two single beds, with ample cupboards.
Dining area has a separate table and chairs.
Kitchen is well equipped. Separate fridge and freezer.
The main lounge has two settee one one making a double bed. Walk through the sliding doors onto a decking which overlooks the beautiful landscaped gardens.
We are sorry, but no smoking in the caravan. No passes are supplied. No pets.
