This is our family owned premier van situated by a large grassed safe area for kids to play and 4 mins walk to Haven's Funworks & amenities.

The separate Kitchen with Built in Fridge & Freezer Tower & Microwave/Cupboard/worktop Tower, 5 ring Hob & Double Oven

The spacious lounge with 32" TV/DVD player wall mounted over a remote controlled electric fire c/w 3 piece suit & Table & 4 Chairs.

1 Double Bedroom with Fitted wardrobes (c/w TV behind 1 door)& Memory Foam Mattress. 1 Twin Bedroom with ample cupboard space

The large bathroom with Double Power Shower (with low bath area for youngsters) Basin & W/C

Outside there is a table, chairs & Parasol - if weather is kind! & space for a Car
