Caravan Details
This private caravan is a Willerby Winchester it is in excellent condition. It has full gas central heating throughout and is fully double glazed.
There is strictly no smoking and no pets allowed.
also Kiln Park do not allow same sex party only family bookings.
It's just a 10 minute walk to the beach and to the historic walled town of Tenby.
There are 3 bedrooms 1 double and two twin bedrooms (not bunks )single beds, pillows and duvets are provided but you need to bring your own bed linen.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size gas oven grill and 4 ring hob large fridge and freezer and microwave.and even a dishwasher.
The lounge is light and airy and has patio doors leading out to a large veranda with rattan furniture lovely to relax with a glass of wine on a summers evening after a hectic day with the little ones.
It is completely separate from the kitchen/dining room and has free standing sofa and chair and large footstool new April 2017there is also a coffee table and a fire .
There is a 40inch flat screen tv with freesat recordable box with pause fast forward and rewind.
The dining room has a table and 6 chairs and is also completely separate from the lounge and bedrooms.
There are 2 bathrooms the main one has a large power shower cubicle a toilet and wash hand basin the other one is a toilet and wash hand basin.
Three bedrooms 1 double and 2 twin rooms no bunk beds
all with wardrobes ,overhead cupboards,bedside cabinet also mirrors and hairdriers in all.
the 3 bedrooms have freeview 19 inch tv/dvd installed. so the kids can watch thier progs and not what you got on in the lounge.
The caravan is on a large corner plot and as well as the veranda on the front there is also a patio with table /chairs/parasol and a large grassy area for the little ones its very safe for the little ones to play
