Hello and welcome to The Hideaway - the perfect description for our caravan/mobile home set in 100 acre woodland on this family holiday park.

Here, on site, there’s a host of fun things to do including outdoor and indoor swimming pools (with kiddies pool), children’s play areas and clubs, a multi sports court, mini golf, an amusement area with mini ten-pin bowling, evening entertainment, restaurant and bar with big screen TV, an on-site shop, fish and chip stall, cycle hire, mini-golf, seasonal activities such as Archery, In Pool water sports all bookable on site, and so much more.

All these facilities are within a few minutes of our caravan and there is plenty of space for children to play. You can enjoy walks or cycling or just relax in the peace of your surroundings watching the wild birds and rabbits, the antics of the squirrels, or maybe a duck bringing her brood along to show them off!. A large table on the patio allows for eating outside or, if it’s wet, you can still enjoy the outdoors under the pergola with table and chairs. There’s ample parking either side of the caravan.

Alternatively, within a short distance you can discover the wonders of the Norfolk Broads, enjoy a picnic on the beach or visit one of the many animal/adventure parks around the area.

The caravan sleeps a maximum of 7 (including one in travel cot)and the facilities include:
1 double bedroom, TV and en-suite shower room
1 twin bedded room with separate shower room
Full sized double pull-out bed in large lounge
Freeview LCD TV with built-in DVD, video player, radio/CD player
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
All bedding, as well as cot, included
Full double glazing and central heating
Security system, monitored on-site

The entrance door of the caravan opens into the lounge area where there is a comfortable wrap around settee, the centre of which makes into a full-size pull-out double bed. There are two foot stools, a coffee table and attractive electric coal effect fireplace along with a 19” Freeview LCD TV/DVD and separate video player, a radio/CD player and selection of children’s boxed games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size gas cooker, separate fridge and freezer, microwave/electric oven, kettle, toaster, can opener, with kitchen utensils and ample storage cupboards etc. Crockery, glasses and cutlery along with suitable cups and plates for children are also included. To the side of the kitchen is the dining area with table, 4 dining chairs and two additional stools.

Our master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe space with hide-away Freeview TV/DVD player above, dressing table and stool, bedside table, storage cupboards and drawers, radiator, hair dryer and shaving point; the curtains are blackout lined. The en suite shower room includes full size washbasin, toilet and large mirror.

The second bedroom is twin bedded with full length mirror and wardrobe, overhead cupboards, and under-bed storage drawers; the curtains are also blackout lined. The shower room adjoining this bedroom also has a full size washbasin, toilet, mirror and radiator.

Covered duvets and pillows, bed linen, travel cot with bedding and kitchen tea towels are all provided. There are radiators in each open area, both bedrooms and shower rooms. A welcome tray with tea/coffee, biscuits and milk is awaiting your arrival.

We have our own pergola with table and chairs, a separate table with seating for 8 and two-seater bench on the patio.

Park facilities are subject to seasonal availability; please enquire for specific information. Passes are required for some park facilities and these are available from Park Reception for a small additional charge, dependent on duration and season. Washing machine and drying facilities are available on site.
