Caravan Details

The kitchen is fully fitted and comprises of a family size fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils for all your self catering needs.
The dining area leads into the spacious lounge, which offers ample seating on the luxurious corner settee, a 32" flat screen TV, DVD player and gas fire.

Moving outside there is a gated decking area with table and chairs, which catches the sun most of the day. Parking is available on a hard standing alongside the caravan and decking.

Gas, electric and water are all included.

Our holiday home is located in the White area of the park, which is on the flat just 2 minutes from all the site's amenities, the beach and the local bus stop.

We also have another identical caravan on this holiday park; ideal for larger families or friends holidaying together.

Booking Details

Peak season bookings run weekly Saturday to Saturday.

Low season bookings run weekly from either, Friday, Saturday or Monday. You can also book short breaks over the weekend or during the week; availability dependant on current bookings.

This is a family site and no single sex groups, or commercial vans are allowed on site.

Also, no pets are allowed when renting, although you may see caravan owners with their dogs.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required upon making a booking. The full balance should then be cleared 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencing.

Each guest will be provided with a silver pass to get you into the Park's facilities, this provides free nightly entertainment in the licensed clubroom and free entry into The Waterside Sports Bar.

Leisure Centre passes can be purchased from reception for a small charge; approximately £3 (child) / £4 (adult) per day, or £15 (child) / £20 (adult) per week, or pick up a special deal on multi-day passes.

Up to 8 people can sleep comfortably within the double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and the pull-out settee, which converts into a double bed in the lounge. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there is also a wardrobe and storage space in the lounge. Coat hangers, duvets and pillows are provided. Linen can be provided on request.

There are 2 washrooms, with a sink and toilet each. The larger bathroom also has a spacious walk-in shower. They both have storage space for all your toiletries and lashings of hot water.
