Welcome to Woodside, a beautiful 2008 family owned holiday home, sited on the ideallic Haven Wild Duck holiday park, ideal for a relaxing break, family fun or discovering the delights of the Norfolk Broads and the beautiful East Coast and it's beaches.

Wild Duck holiday park has everything you could think of with Indoor swimming pool & toddler pool, New 2012 Outdoor swimming pool, Refurbished 2012 Multi Sports court, 2 children's play areas, children's clubs, Oasis Restaurant with free wireless internet access, Showbar evening entertainment, on site shop, fish & chip stall, bike & go kart hire shop, Mini Golf and Amusement area with Mini ten-pin bowling, seasonal activities such as Archery and In Pool Water Sports are bookable on site, and much more.

The holiday home is peacefully located on a woodside plot, a mere 5 minutes from the main complex and on site facilities. This well sized pitch has a large patio area to the side and rear of the caravan, with patio set, ideal for relaxing outside, great space for children to play, and spot the scampering rabbits and squirrels, and the many wild birds. There is ample parking for up to 3 cars.

Inside you will find a large, light and airy, front lounge, with ample seating. It has a corner unit with Lcd TV and PS2 games console which doubles as dvd player. There is also a mini hifi, various childrens' games and plenty of storeage. As well as gas central heating throughout the caravan the lounge also has a modern electric fire.

Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, with wrap around seating and 2 chairs, easily fits up to 8, with family dining table.

To the centre of the caravan you find the well equipped kitchen, with full size oven, fridgefreezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ample cupboard & drawer space and kitchen utensils including crockery, cutlery, and glasses. One of the drawers' holds a pull out/fold out ironing board.

Moving down the caravan through the hallway you come to,
The spacious Double Bedroom, with double bed, overbed storeage, bedside cabinets, 3/4 length double wardrobe & drawers, vanity unit with mirror and shaver point, hairdryer and radiator.

There is a Family Bathroom with large shower, washbasin with vanity unit mirrored doors, and underbasin cupboard,toilet and radiator.

Next door is a seperate toilet and handbasin.

At the end of the caravan you come to the 2 twin bedrooms.
Twin Bedroom 1 has two single beds, overbed storage, bedside cabinet, 3/4 length single wardrobe and drawers, wallmirror and radiator.
Twin Bedroom 2 has two single beds, overbed storeage, bedside cabinet, 3/4 length single wardrobe and drawers, vanity mirror and radiator.
A travel cot is provided for guests use.

All rooms have radiators, all bed linen is provided.

Ideallic plot with woodland views, close to park amenities.

A concrete patio area runs to the side and rear of the caravan, with outside bench patio furniture, and a charcoal bbq for guests use. To the rear of the caravan are tall trees so this part of the patio remains unoverlooked. There is much wildlife and wild birds to be seen, often including mother duck and her ducklings passing by!

Parking for up to 3 cars is to the front, or door side of the holiday home.

Park facilities and hours are subject to seasonal availability. Please enquire for specific information.
Passes are required for some park facilities, theses are available from park reception for a small additional charge, dependant on duration and season. If we can help in any way you are always welcome to ask.

Woodside is a family owned holiday home, managed by ourselves Trish and Marcus Trowsdale. We have many years experience in holiday management and lettings as our other adverts and guests comments testify. We are local and available to assist at any time.
Booking forms with terms and conditions are available on request by e-mail, fax or standard post.
Deposit required at time of booking to reserve dates.
Balance due 8 weeks prior to travel.
Refundable breakages deposit of £50 required.
Payments accepted by cheque, bank transfer with no additional fees, or by Paypal, credit card with 4% admin fee.
