Private Static Caravan Hire Listing Fees
Fees for 1 year from the date of the caravan rental listing going live on the site:–
The 1st Static Caravan you list will be charged at £40.00 - this is just 77pence per week.
Additional Static Caravans Owned By You :-
All additional caravans listed on the site will be charged at the reduced rate of £25.00 per caravan.

It is totally free of charge to create a user account and add your caravan details to see how your caravan listing will look on our site. Once you are happy with your caravan listing and payment is received we will mark your caravan as live on the site. Only when we mark the listing as live will it appear in the search pages of the site and be found by prospective guests.

Existing caravan owners can make a payment by following the 'Payments' link once you log in.
Terms & Conditions
By paying a fee to advertise your holiday caravan rental on this web site you agree to the following:-
1. The static caravan is privately owned by you.
2. You do not represent any other holiday caravans that you have not disclosed to us, either privately owned by you or managed by you for others.
3. All booking enquiries we send out are for the caravan in your listing only and can only be used for that caravan. Under no circumstances must any enquiries be passed on to other owners, management companies or other caravan listing sites.
4. If you do not pay for additional caravans you must not advertise them either by e-mail or on a web site which includes the caravan in the paid listing, to any of our enquirers. If we discover that you have only paid for one caravan and are promoting others your listing will be removed without any notice and your fee forfeited.
5. You can direct enquirers to your own personal web site as long as it is only for the caravan(s) that are paid for.
6. You are purchasing an advert for your holiday rental caravan. We will do our best to generate as many enquiries for you as possible in the time your advertisement runs, but we offer no guarantee that you will secure a booking and that we offer no more than to pass on enquiries generated by our web site. No refunds will be due in the event that you do not secure any bookings.
7. Unlike many other sites we will transfer your advertising to the new owners in the event that you sell your caravan, but we will not refund any portion if the caravan is sold and the new owner does not wish to continue with holiday rentals.
8. Payment is for 1 year from the date the caravan goes live on the site, which will be once payment is received, and is non refundable once paid.
9. We will do all that is possible to keep the web site online at all times, but we cannot be held responsible for conditions that are out of our control.
10. Any contracts that are concluded with Caravan Owners Direct are subject to the laws of England and Wales.
Failure to comply with the above rules will mean the immediate removal of your caravan from the site and the forfeiture of any fees paid. We do check that these rules are being followed and follow up booking enquiries with a courtesy e-mail.
