our beautiful caravan is situated on primrose valley "B5 Rose Bank " area and benefits from a sea view the caravan has a massive main bedroom with TV freeview / dvd player -- a travel cot / bed guards are all available -- AT NO EXTRA COST -- and can be situated in the main bedroom so you can keep an eye on your baby during the night. There is a single bed in the main bedroom for young children who are afraid to sleep on their own in a strange room -- we supply a curtain to pull across the single bed for privacy if needed. The big main bedroom also benefits from an en-suite(toilet and washbasin ) / chest of draws and two large wardrobes there is also a toilet / shower room in the main caravan ( so always 2 toilets available the kitchen has a full size cooker / microwave/ hot air fryer /fridge / toaster/ kettle -- all utensils / plates / cups/glasses we supply all your bedding and towels -- including spare towels for the beach or pools there is a paved patio area with seating outside ,heating gas fire in the lounge -- warm air blowers in the bedrooms -- heated towel rail in the shower room the lounge has a 43" smartTV / dvd player / Bluetooth built in with ceiling mounted speakers so you can listen to your own personal music .for rainy days we have supplied dvd's for all ages / books/ games /magazines all you need to bring are your clothes and toiletries ( shower gel is supplied )

------- the caravan has a massive back bedroom with plenty of space to walk comfortably round the bed -- no walking sideways like a crab to get into bed as most caravans are.
the main bedroom has two large wardrobes and a chest of drawers . a 26" TV with Freeview and DVD player ------ a single bed in the same room ( with curtain to pull across for privacy ) to accommodate a child who finds it scary to sleep in a strange bedroom on their own ) --we can supply a travel cot . -/ -the main bedroom also boasts an en-suite with toilet and wash hand basin .
the caravan also has a twin bedroom -- TV with FREEVIEW AND DVD / wardrobe
again - we provide all the bedding
so we can accommodate 2 people in the double bed in the bedroom / 2 people in the twin bedroom .

the lounge has a 43" Smart TV , FREE WIFI and DVD player an Xbox 360 with plenty of games / books/magazines/DVD's for all ages / boxed games/ cards --there are Bluetooth speakers in the roof built in so you can play your own music .
the kitchen has a full size cooker /Hot Air fryer / toaster / kettle / slow cooker / all pots / pans /plates / glasses /cups / fridge microwave etc
we supply towels for use in the caravan--and also supply large towels for use in the pools and beach --- all bedding -- shower gel / soap----- /tea/sugar/coffee --
in fact we supply most of what you would need for a fantastic holiday so that you only have to bring the minimum of baggage
we have 2 large umbrellas ---in case lol
there is a large decking area with seating outside so you can enjoy the fresh air -- you can smoke outside on the decking -- ash trays are provided

saves loads of space in your car if you don't need to bring bedding / towels/ toys /etc. etc. !!!!
